CROCHET Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CROCHET. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. Our goal is to make this process easy to understand and fair for everyone.


Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays) for in-stock items.
  • Custom Order Production Time: Production and delivery times for custom orders will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
  • Courier Service: Kerry Express

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • All custom-made items: This includes any apparel with custom logos, names, designs, screen printing, or embroidery.
  • Accessory items.

Return & Refund Conditions

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and process refunds only in the following situations:

  • Defective Items: Products with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, fabric flaws).
  • Wrong Items: You received a different item, size, or color from what you ordered (for non-custom products).
  • Damaged during shipping: The product arrived visibly damaged.
Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the request must meet these conditions:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear proof of the defect or error, such as photos or a short video.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at our physical store in Hat Yai can only be returned or exchanged at the store. We cannot process returns for in-store purchases via mail.
  • Online Purchases: Items purchased through our website or social media channels can be returned by mail or in person at our Hat Yai store.

Return Process

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return
  • Attach photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Step 2: Await Approval Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Step 3: Ship the Item Once approved, please send the item to the following address:

⚠️ Important: Please do not send any items back to us without receiving prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


Refund Information

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used during checkout. We do not offer refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods for online orders.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, CROCHET will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Inspection & Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for our team to inspect it and process the refund.
    • Bank Processing: After the refund is processed on our end, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email notification from us once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after your return was approved, please contact us at warrixcrochet@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • Exchange for a different size (non-custom items only): Subject to stock availability.
  • Please contact us by phone (074-221111) or Line (@crochet) to check stock availability before visiting the store. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production/Shipping:
    • Stock Items: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
    • Custom Orders: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet entered the production phase.
    • Please contact us immediately by phone or Line (@crochet) to request a cancellation.
  • After Production/Shipping: Once a custom order is in production or any order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our return policy if applicable.
