SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer various shipping options to ensure you receive your order conveniently and efficiently.

Production Time for Custom Orders Please note that for all custom-made items (including team shirts, corporate apparel, and items with custom screen printing or embroidery), there is a production lead time before the order is shipped. This lead time will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of your order confirmation. The delivery timeframes below apply after production is complete.

In-Store Pickup In-store pickup is available for all orders at our Hat Yai location, free of charge.

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Standard Shipping (Thailand) We offer standard shipping on all orders throughout Thailand.

• Courier: Kerry Express
• Delivery Time (for in-stock items): 3-5 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the borders of Thailand.

ORDER STATUS & DELAYS

What happens if my order is delayed? If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

What if my order is lost or I haven't received it? If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking number provided. If there is an issue, contact us immediately at warrixcrochet@gmail.com and Line (@crochet) so we can assist you.
